Judy was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and helped my wife and I with some difficult papers to get signed and mailed. It was busy there and she was by herself but she was very courteous to everyone. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to go back there again.
Horrible Service! I went in to ship a Ground package & I wanted it re-boxed. Destiny(the cashier) was very rude & she said that they didn't recommend that I re-box my item(it was boots in a box but I didn't feel safe sending as is). I have worked at a FedEx/UPS store before & I always bent over backwards to sell extra items(boxes, tape & misc items). She went into the back & started talking to another lady about how I didn't want to ship as is. Really?!? It isn't any of your business on how I want it done. You do your job & get paid. .wnd of story! Horrible place & small business owners wonder why they don't last & have to close down. Your job as an owner is to make sure training is the top priority & the employee knows that "Customer Service" is the reason why your customers come back. Customers can always go elsewhere but they don't because they love the service. They have lost me, my family & my friends business. Word of mouth is a powerful thing & I will never recommend this place to anyone.
