I have 2 dogs that I bring here and they always do such a wonderful job and listen to what I ask for concerning my babies grooming. They have even worked my yorkiepoo in so she could be groomed before her surgery. They are so wonderful with the animals. Thank you from Rocky and Gypsy's mom.
I have never had a dog that needed grooming before, but this establishment has served me well. They follow my instructions and are pleasant to deal with. The charges are very reasonable. Unfortunately I will not be able to use their services anymore since my work does not permit me to drop the dogs off during the work week.
I never write reviews for anything but DEB DOGGY BATH HOUSE truly deserves 5 stars!!! I called for a last minute appointment for my 7 yr old Australian Sheppard. They were able to get Trigger in within a couple of days. His outside hair was overgrown and his undercoat was coming out in clumps. The dander was just unbelievable. Obviously, I had been negligent as a very loving and usually responsible pet owner. Anyway, The staff were wonderful. I felt welcome from the moment I walked through the door. When my husband picked Trigger up he was prancing around as if he was so proud of how he looked (lol)! His trim was superb. Everywhere We went with Trigger he received complements. After 8 weeks we were still getting complents on his coat. The only reason this grooming was so successful was because it was done so thorough the 1st time and no shortcuts were taken.
I am from Austin but have a lake place in Kingsland and decided to give Debs a try to save me from golden retriever dog hair shedding everywhere over the holidays. They were busy but worked my two Goldens in and I'm so glad. The dogs look beautiful and are so clean and happy, & so am I! I highly recommend them! Mitzy was so kind and sweet to my girls from the time we walked in the door.
I have been a customer of this groomer for several years, I have 2 poodle mix dogs and have them groomed here on a regular basis. Every one at this business is very friendly and takes good care of my dogs. I had been using a different groomer and my older dog was very frightened to go get groomed, I told Deb about my problem and she took care of my dogs so I never had a problem again, It's a pleasure to take my dogs and know they are well cared for. I don't keep my dogs on a leash I just open the door on the car and they run into the business.
