We needed windows and doors, went to this ace and asked how long it would take to get them, they said one week. So we ordered and paid for them. We are now on week 3 and now no one there can even tell us anything about our order. I get there can be delays, but to have everyone blow us off is ridiculous. We've spent a lot of money there over the last few months, and still have a ways to go. Looks like we'll be going somewhere else to get the rest of our building supplies. Very disappointed with their customer service

Ace has a surprising amount of hardware supplies and the staff are top notch; friendly, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable. Prices are a little more than the big box stores, but it is worth the extra money to have the help and service.
I took two Stil chain saws into the service center and one month latter they had no been touched and the service tech said he would have them done by 11am. We came to pick them up after driving 1.5 hours and they still had not been touched. This is a bad operation.
