Called to get two pedicures was told had appointment for six o'clock told her that's ok. Called back not Two minutes later and was told that appointment was no longer available as I was laughed at on the phone. Needless to say most likely will not be going here again. No need to be rude on phone.
Very nice, clean nail salon and spa with reasonable prices. Though, the prices are MORE than what there sign quotes which is a bit misleading. A basic spa pedicure is supposed to be 20 and mani 14 but they always charge 39 for both. The only reason I don't raise a fit is because the prices are still better than anywhere else in town and they do just as good of a job.
When they opened at new building I was in the middle of my pedi/ mani which I had scheduled a week in advance...a woman came in and all was stopped...I was asked to either leave and come back later so they could finish or wait...I waited for 2 hrs...a bit frustrated...however...after that I decided to schedule my next appointment...for 2 weeks later... (been going there ever since)...then last week I had another terrible experience...my nails are real and a bunch of new people working there...they seem to have a real problem keeping staff...a man totally messed up my nails had blue gel paint all over...he sent another girl over to fix and put my little studs on based on picture...it looked terrible...I was told to wait a minute while the next lady came to fix..long story short...she started all over...said all was dry when I still felt tacky...I was there 3 1/2 hrs...my nails after only a week look horrible not to mention they double charged my card...so i paid for there mess up...would not recomend them again...

Nice people but mani pedi could have been better. Polish could have been cleaner.
