Communication wasn't very good. They installed ridge vent that is prone to leaks. I asked installers if the ridge vent would leak, they said no. After a big storm, leak from ridge vent damaged a table I had stored in my building. Called them about this, and they said that the ridge vent WILL leak, and to seal it up would be $200! Also, I have leaks all around the building at various points (windows, roof [other than the ridge vent]). Called them on this, and they said they'd get back with me...still waiting.
Responding to a few points from response below: 1) I've never been to Kingsland, so I haven't seen any of the buildings there 2) I didn't refuse to pay for the pump truck, I just asked if you'd split the cost of the extra concrete and the pump truck due to bad estimate and no warning that a pump truck was needed (should've been in the estimate, bad communication). You decided to no charge the pump truck. 3) Wasn't told that the ridge vent would leak until after I complained that it was leaking. I mentioned several leaks. I didn't discover the window leaks until last storm.
